So I think I will now explain why we left MOVIEX.

On the day that the rama brothers were arrested we were informed that rama would not be continuing MOVIEX . He wanted nothing more to do with it.The server was paid up til 17th Dec and Andy and I were asked to become the 'new founders' and be 'RED'.
We were asked to lie to the good people at MOVIEX and state that all info in the news was false.

We did not like being asked to lie to the good people of MOVIEX On the internet all you have is your word without that you have nothing.

I have always been honest with the people I talk to and I do not appreciate being asked to lie especially when the facts were all over the place for anyone with an ounce of sense to see.

We - Andy and I also decided to make a new forum in the event that MOVIEX went down because we liked the people there and didn't want everyone to disappear elsewhere.

It became apparent to us soon after that that moviex was going to continue to lie (they haven't stopped yet) about the facts.


1 rama brothers were arrested
2 rama brothers are aware that Australian feds were, are and have been on moviex for a year.
3 The database has been copied by the feds
4 Moviex account has been frozen with a reported $50000 in it
(he is still paying for the server so he has other accounts to access money)
5 rama has been bailed on the condition he not contact moviex ( moviex is rama) so hes broken that bail condition

I understand that you maybe a little afraid after what happen to the Rama brothers but i really hope you change your mind about leaving us

Reasons they cannot get to you

- Your not directly distributing to anyone as rapidshare is a free service
- your not an owner of the site
- your just a user with more rights so the feds cannot get you
- they dont have the moviex database so it makes it even harder

If they really wanted to catch us all, Anonymous would be locked up and the site would be closed smile.gif

What i can tell you that you have nothing to worry about

What happen to Rama is a isolated incident. If they had shut down the site then you should have been worried

I understand that you maybe very worried that you may get caught but the feds do not have the site database, nore do they have access to Ramas account

I would really like to see you and eppy return

I do understand that you two are very good friends and hoping that you will return asap.

The feds wanted every staff member to feel scared which is what has happened so the site is kinda falling apart without our dedicated uploaders

If this happens Rama will be left feeling guilty in court...

I hope you take this into consideration.

I do know Rama and i know for a fact he will never rat anyone.

Hello fellow staff members

As we all know some of our uploaders have left MovieX simple due to the fact that one of our founders had some issues with the law.

I would like to let all of you know, the chance of any uploaders here getting caught are 1/400,000 for reasons being:

1. Your IP cannot be seen by normal members.
2. They do not have access to any moviex servers...

In saying all this we require uploaders to do what their tag says "upload"

If you are no longer uploading for MovieX then please pm me back as we require active uploaders asap

If you are uploading for the new forum started by ex moderators then i ask that you please rectify this with myself asap as we are getting chidlish disputes starting over no reason.

All we want is this forum to run stable and in peace.
