can using ip platinum actually work,ive used it b4 but couldnt make my mind up!!
i read about peerguardian 2 is that any good??? cheers!!!!!

yes, it does work. it becomes a handy tool while downlaoding files from rapidshare or megaupload type of utilities where you are allowed to download only one file at a time (unless you have a premium account). so if you use this particular toll then you can download multiple files from it.
