Just to clarify:
First of all it hasn't become law yet - there are still some privacy-oriented MPs battling the bill.
Secondly, they don't disconnect you without a warning - I think they're gonna use a policy similar ot the three-strikes policy enacted in France.
Plus, to correct riley (for like the first time ever, lol):
There are several free VPN services out there, although many of them are either limited or contai nadvertisements.
My suggestion is to find a nice, easy and reliable VPN service that iant too expensive and then cough up. It completely shields your torrent traffic, so the amount of money you save on downloading movies instead of buying them more than adequately covers up the cost of the VPN service!
