Best UK ISP

Hello People,

I'm currently using Plusnet. They are good but I get a measly 11GB download limit, and my speed gets capped after that. I was going to join Sky internet, my friend uses it and says the speed is good and they don't care when you download over their 50gb download limit (he did 300gb!). The only thing is now they have joined the gay "we're going to snitch if you download stuff" group.

What would be the best ISP to go to now? I need something with a resonable speed and a huge download limit.

I'm using my neighbour's WiFi AP at the moment. He's running BT. The speeds are pretty good.
