Default What's your favorite BitTorrent Client?

I was kind of surprised that there wasn't already a thread like this.

Personally, I use utorrent

It does everything I want, and more.

I use uTorrent too. Have been using it since the 1.5-days. I'm looking into switching to Halite or something.

I've experimented a bit with Halite, and it turned out to be really, really slow for me. Other than that, it's a promising client.

Default vuze

shaw cable in british columbia throttles -to a standstill- every other client i've tried on my mac.

i'm still being throttled (no, I can't prove it but when i compare speeds pre-phone call asking about all the activity on my account and post...) but vuze gets something through.

The last version I tried was 0.3.0.5 or something, and it run faster then uTorrent for me (on a Win2k-computer). I like uTorrent more though, but when Halite gets more features I might switch.

uTorrent always. I've tried a few clients and i thought the wierdly popular Azureus was junk. The fact that uTorrent is aligned with bittorrent inc doesn't concern me.

I would say uTorrent. It's better then Bitcomet at least, and Bitcomet has been banned on several trackers (STMusic and SuperTorrents to name two).

Ktorrent for Linux
Utorrent for Windows

Ktorrent is better than Utorrent in my opinion.

I was pretty content with Azureus until they messed it up with this Vuze crap, I've gone back to uTorrent.

Isn't Ktorrent available for Windows?

Juggling in and out between Deluge, Vuze and µTorrent and had to settle with Halite v0.3.1 this week. My ISP goes all out full throttle on me so Halite's the only 1 right now that seems to be able to get past that. Had to really repatch my tcpip.sys and pair it with cfosspeed and peerguardian to really make it work though.
