Thanks for the reply. Here's what I am trying to decide. I am trying to figure out which would be the best way to share files but stay 99% anonymous (I understand if they want to find you bad enough, they will). I was thinking about two options.
1) Pay for a seedbox (via prepaid visa giftcard) in a country outside the US
and log-in to it via free wireless hotspot.
2) Pay for a giganews account (via prepaid visa giftcard) and access that through via a wireless hotspot.
Just trying to keep my digital footprints concealed.
