Evening everyone

Probably seem this already but may be worth looking into perhaps with the help of beingscammed`s legal friends

Thanks to renegade over at slyck for the following

"One option that may be worth pursuing is whether an 'Amicus brief' could be submitted to the court for Winegarten to peruse during his next hearing. Not sure how you would go about this, but certainly this is a possibility.

It might also be worth approaching the Open Rights Group to see if they can help on your behalf (though they don't yet have the clout of the EFF in the states).

An amicus curiae appears to have been used in a past case

.. I wonder if it is possible to submit a brief prior to the next hearing?"

Today I have been mostly trying to obtain information from ACS:Law as to there registration (or lack of it) with the ICO as data controllers under the DPA, I seem to be getting somewhere at last, but it been a real effort, its been impossible to get anything out of them on the phone but I finally found a way to get them to respond, more details to follow. not sure I want to post it here at the moment.

I have also had a call back from Claire at Watchdog like snookersport, so hoping that will run with the story
