I Am A Software Engineer, And I Know How I Can Fake An Ip Address, So My First Thought Is That I Am The Victim Of Such A Scam That Could Potentially Have Landed Me In A Lot Of Hot Water.

This All Seems To Have Gone Quiet Since Last Year - I Can't Find Anyone Else Who Has Had A Similar Letter Recently. I'd Like To Know How Others Have Dealt With This Situation Before.
