as the above poster stated the only way to hide your ip is via vpn, there is a list here
VPN Software Top Free Downloads of free vpn software available (well some) but as said it wil reduce your speeds and also a lot of private trackers are difficult to get from doing it via vpn
There are other ways to keep safe aswell though i.e ip filtering and blocking there is good info on this site here
