I'm from Bangladesh and most ISPs here block torrents for occult reasons. My ISP is one of the few who has some loopholes in the security system, so I can actually use torrents(in a roundabout way). By the time copyright laws get
implemented here I'd be bidding my time in my grave, so I'm living quite a happy life
I mean, the Ministry of Arts just hung a signboard in front of their office saying "Please help us stop piracy". That's it.
